Since 2003, Flame had been one of the earliest market players in partnering with China Citic Bank (formerly known as China CITIC Industrial Bank) in lining up promotional offers in support of the launch of its dual-currency cards, first ever in China for overseas travelling use. From zero to millions of cards issued within a short period of time, we had made a miracle along the card expansion growth history in China. From then on, we also served Visa Hong Kong, China Citic Ka Wah Bank, ICBC Asia, UOB until 2007 respectively. Flame was also the agency retainer for American Express in merchant acquisitions between 2005-2006.

From 2010 onwards, Flame PR has become a full-fledged marketing arm in the credit card promotion business. As an agency retainer for Visa China and China Citic Bank respectively, Flame PR has sustained long term business growth for our bank/card issuers and our merchant partners. From a mild double digit to an extreme of 10+ times’ transaction growth is a norm in the industry. In recognition of our market expertise, our partner banks have been extended to Bank of Communications, China Guang-fa Bank (via Visa), China Construction Bank (via Visa), Ping An Bank and Bank of China International Ltd.
